hash_xxhash64
Returns an xxhash64 value for the input value.
A null value hashes like the empty string. A dynamic value hashes its underlying value, so hash(dynamic("a")) equals hash("a") and a dynamic(null) hashes like a null. An array or property bag hashes its JSON with keys sorted, so equal values hash equally whatever their key order. ADX rejects a dynamic argument; Berserk accepts it because most segment data is dynamic. An optional modulo parameter limits the output range.
