unicode_codepoints_to_string
Builds a string from Unicode code points, given as up to 64 int or long arguments, dynamic arrays of them, or a mix.
A surrogate code point (U+D800 to U+DFFF) becomes three U+FFFD replacement characters. A value that is not a code point, such as one past U+10FFFF, makes the result empty.
